Wholesale Account Information
Terms and Conditions
- All new accounts must be pre-approved by OnTouch, Inc.
- The initial minimum order to open an account is $300 (except online retailer drop-ship orders), thereafter the minimum is at $100. We require having our new account application forms to be filled out before opening a new wholesale account.
- A copy of Federal Tax ID and/or Resale Certificate must be provided.
- Terms: All new accounts must be pre-paid. Established accounts may request terms of 30 days from date of invoice thereafter.
- Prices: FOB Rancho Cucamonga, California. All shipments are sent UPS/FedEx/Trucking ground unless otherwise specified.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
Returns Policy:
- All returns must be authorized, no unauthorized returns.
- Restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns unless merchandise is determined to defective or shipped in error.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date. An invoice number is required to verify date of purchase.
- All returns are for company credit, no cash refunds will be provided.
